I can't even begin to tell you how reluctant I am to compliment Celine Dion. The over-the-top chanteuse is so beyond ridiculous that I've been known to leave a shoe sale just because her music was being piped into the store. Complaints aside, I simply adore the romance and fantasy of this dress and had to include it as a Winner.
